@Samantha's Boutique, we are so grateful for our wonderful clients and we want to reward you guys for supporting us!

Each month we send out a Newsletter with all the latest at Samantha's Boutique including events, new arrivals, all in-store promos and a discount coupon! Plus you'll receive a bonus coupon in your birth month! You will also receive a Loyalty Card, for every $20 you spend, we will initial a "circle" on your card and once you fill all 25 Circles you will receive 20% Off Your Next Purchase! Don't Worry, we keep your card in-store for you so don't have any extra cards in your wallet! Super Easy and Loads of Benefits for You! Online/Phone Orders also qualify for Loyalty Points! 

Sign Up In Store:

Pop in to see us in person at our physical location in Elkhorn, MB and we will guide you through the process.  It's super easy! 

We will need your email and your birth month! 

1. Only Single Purchases of $20 or more are eligible. Purchases cannot be combined to equal $20. (Ex: $10 Mon and $10 Tues do not equal $20.)
2. Once filled, your loyalty card cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
3. Newsletter Coupons  and Birthday Promos cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
4. Coupons, Promos and Loyalty Cards are only eligible for Boutique Purchases and cannot be used to purchase Florals or Photography. 
5. Coupons, Promos and Loyalty Cards cannot be redeemed at Special Events; however all of your purchases at Special Events can help you fill your loyalty card!
6. Your total must be $20 before tax. We will always round up your Purchase when filling out your loyalty card, $19.50-$19.99 will round to $20.00. ($35 purchase still only equals 1 $20 circle. $39.50 = $40.)
7. Card Must Be Present to Receive Initials. No exceptions. We are not responsible for any lost or misplaced cards. You are responsible for keeping your card safe. IF card is lost, all loyalty points will also be lost. 
8. Loyalty Card are non transferable and can only be redeemed by the person the card is issued to.
9. We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, revoke or change the Loyalty Program terms and conditions, rewards, and special offers at anytime with no notice.
10. We reserve the right to refuse rewards and/or terminate an individuals participation in the program for any reasonable cause as we see fit.
11. Loyalty Cards are deemed void if altered or defaced.
12. We are committed to protecting your privacy and security of all personal information collected from participants.
13. Your first time usage of your Card constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
14. If Single Purchase is over $500. We will complete one card for you and begin your next card. Your 20% discount is only applicable on your next purchase.
