To send a parcel, bring your pre-printed slip or we can fill one out for you when you come in, but we will need a credit card number!

To send a parcel, you need to phone Fedex directly and make arrangements to have a pre-printed label made. Once you have a shipping label made, you can drop it off to us and Fedex will pick it up!

To send a parcel, you need to phone UPS directly and make arrangements to have a pre-printed label made. Once you have a shipping label made, you can drop it off to us and UPS will pick it up!
We are your local Brandon Dry Cleaners Depot. They come every second Wednesday to Pick Up/Drop Off your dry cleaning! We try our best to phone you and let you know that your dry cleaning is ready! However; sometimes we get busy and it takes us a little while to get to it! Feel free to call us and check on the status of your dry cleaning!

There will be some changes to our parcel services for 2022!
We are your local Purolator, UPS and Fedex(ground) depot.
There will be some changes regarding Purolator specifically. We are NOT required to phone you for Purolator parcels. When we scan your parcel- you will receive a phone call or text message from Purolator directly. This is not a scam. It will tell you that your parcel is available for pick up at Samantha’s Boutique. This means it is VERY important that ensure you put your correct phone number on your parcels!
We will only hold your parcel for 5 business days going forward. So please ensure you pick up your parcel promptly! This is Purolator Policy.
We will NOT be charging $2.00 for Purolator Parcels going forward.
There will be a $2.00 fee for ALL other parcels including: UPS, FedEx Air, FedEx Ground, DHL, Canpar, Loomis, Gardewine and Westman.
We kindly ask that you wait for our phone call telling you that your parcel has arrived. Or check your tracking information for confirmation. It will tell you it has been delivered in Elkhorn to my location. (Tracking information is not always accurate, sometimes it will say that your parcel is ready for pick up but will arrive at my location later that afternoon)
Couriers generally arrive between 11am and 2pm so it’s best to wait until after 2pm to check for your parcel.
We are unable to assist with tracking information on parcels. If you are missing a parcel, please contact the company directly. They can assist you. We will also NEVER receive Canada Post parcels at our location, if you are looking for a Canada Post parcel, please check with the Post Office.
We understand the frustration that sometimes your parcel comes to our shop even though it does not have our address. This means you were either not home or the driver could not find your location. We gladly accept these parcels on your behalf and appreciate the $2.00 fee to help cover our costs associated with accepting parcels. Parcels and Couriers do take up a large chunk of our time and takes time away from our shop. This fee also covers the phone call or message you will receive from us notifying you that you have a parcel.
If you would prefer your parcels not be delivered to our location, please let me know and I will inform the driver.
IF you order a large or heavy parcel, we kindly ask you to bring a friend to help you load it! We are unable to help you load it at this time. And please pick up quickly as our storage space is limited.
To send a UPS, Purolator or Fedex parcel you need to call the company or go to their website to create a shipping label and then drop it off to us! If you have a Purolator account number you can fill out a label at our location! However; we can no longer accept payments at our location to ship parcels! You are responsible for scheduling your pick up!
Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation. Please remember that we get busy in the shop and it may take us a little while to get to parcels! We appreciate your patience and thank you for understanding that our shop does take priority!
